REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY - ARIZTON ADVISORY & INTELLIGENCE

At Arizton Advisory & Intelligence, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality market research reports and consulting services. To maintain a fair and transparent business process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Report Purchases:

  • Due to the nature of our research reports, all purchases are considered final. Once a report has been dispatched or accessed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
  • We encourage our clients to thoroughly review the sample reports, table of contents, and descriptions before making a purchase decision.

2. Subscription Services:

  • Clients who subscribe to our research services may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • No refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for cancellations made after the renewal date.

3. Consulting Services:

  • For consulting engagements, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the agreed start date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Once the consulting service has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Arizton Advisory & Intelligence reserves the right to assess refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
  • In the event that Arizton cancels a service, full refunds will be provided to affected clients.

5. Refund Terms & Conditions:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Any bank charges, currency exchange fees, or other transaction costs incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Arizton Advisory & Intelligence reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined conditions.
